01 / WHAT THE SYSTEM DOES
From your first player invitation to a complete season archive. Your players have their matches at hand, and you stay in control of the competition.
Prepare your player lists, generate fixtures and set deadlines. Close a round, prepare the next one and apply promotion and relegation when needed.
Players report their own match results within the round's time window. Games and point scores stay with each match, and an administrator can make corrections.
Season rankings and points for every round. Sort by a selected round, view division standings, and configure participation bonuses and penalties for unreported matches.
Profiles with photos, match history and contact details to arrange games. League invitations, privacy settings and optional two-factor authentication.
Squore integration loads players and fixtures and lets you submit results. Personal tokens control access, and a documented API supports further integrations.
Email invitations and messages to selected players. CSV import and export, printable rankings you can save as PDF, season archives and an audit trail of changes.
02 / FROM PLAYER LIST TO RANKINGS
The system supports singles box leagues. Players arrange their matches, while the administrator decides how the competition is organised.
Create a season and a round, assign players to divisions and generate their fixtures.
Everyone can find their opponents and matches. They report results on the website or submit them through Squore.
Closing a round calculates points and standings. Results stay in the archive; when to start the next round is up to you.
03 / ALREADY IN PLAY
Explore a real competition's public pages: rounds, matches and season rankings.
04 / BEFORE YOU START YOUR OWN LEAGUE
A box league divides individual players into small groups, or divisions. In each round, players in a group play one another. Closing the round produces standings based on the results, and the administrator can apply promotion and relegation for the next round. Our system keeps track of these groups, their player lists, matches and complete season history.
The administrator creates a season and a round, sets its start and end dates, assigns players to divisions and generates fixtures. Players arrange match times with one another and report results. Closing the round calculates points and saves the standings. The administrator then prepares the next round and can adjust its player lists.
Matches are best of five games. A 3:0 result splits ten match points 10:0, a 3:1 result splits them 8:2, and a 3:2 result splits them 6:4. Each division can have its own participation bonus per round and a penalty for an unreported match. Closing a round creates the points table used for the season rankings. Results can be viewed round by round or as an overall total.
Yes. The website works in a mobile browser. A signed-in player can view their own matches, their division's matches or the entire round. Squore integration loads fixtures and submits results using a personal token. Players can report only their own matches within an active round's time window; administrators can make corrections.
You can import a player list from CSV and invite players by email to complete their profiles. Players, standings and matches can also be exported to CSV. Signed-in users can open a print view of the rankings and save it as PDF. If you are switching from another system, tell us which data you need to transfer.
The system focuses on league management. Court booking is not included; players arrange the time and place of their matches outside the application. The league overview provides opponents, contact details according to privacy settings, and the round deadline.
We will discuss deployment options and terms based on your competition. Email Pavel Trefný at pavel.trefny@trefcon.cz with your player numbers, how you organise the league and whether you already use another system. To see it in action, explore the live Pouzar squash league.
